Total delivery timelines are computed dynamically using a straightforward baseline metric: Order Processing Time + Transit/Shipping Time.

  • Internal Handling Matrix: 1–2 Business Days (Monday through Friday processing window). This phase encompasses exhaustive garment inspection, embroidery quality checks, custom formatting, secure sorting, and protective packaging layers.
  • Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Inbound settlements confirmed after 5:00 PM EST will enter processing on the following operational business day.

Logistical Tracking & Multi-Item Orders
