1. Return Conditions

To qualify for a valid return and full refund, your jersey must fulfill the following explicit criteria:

  • The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
  • All original brand tags, pricing labels, and interior packaging must be completely intact.
  • You must provide the original digital order receipt or verifiable proof of purchase from our site.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please send an email to our support team at support@goalvix.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address and detailed layout instructions. Please note: Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If a jersey arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@goalvix.com with photographic proof. In these circumstances, Goalvix will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and arrange a rapid replacement or full refund.

4. Customer Remorse & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item due to customer remorse (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product), you will be responsible for purchasing your own tracked return shipping label. We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the desired jersey size or style is to return the item you have, and once the return is processed, place a new order on Goalvix.com.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved by our warehouse team, we will send you an email confirmation notifying you of the approval. Your refund will then be initiated immediately.

Processing Window: Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution. If your transaction hasn't settled after 7 operational banking days, please contact your financial provider directly or notify us for assistance.
